The KL8000 Series Optical Fiber End Face Cleaning Machine employs a dual-channel cleaning system combining liquid solutions with gas purification. Featuring an injection channel (liquid solution+ clean gas) and an absorption channel(contaminant removal+ exhaust), the machine operates through a three-stage process: First, pressing the cleaning switch activates the injection channel to spray high-efficiency fiber end face cleaning solution, rapidly dissolving oil residues and contaminants. Subsequently, dust-free gas injected to dislodge these dissolved contaminants while simultaneously purifying the air. The absorption channel then instantly captures and expels the exhaust gases along with debris, ensuring complete dust-free operation of the fiber end face. This innovative design fundamentally resolves contamination issues and eliminates secondary pollution from sleeve groove debris.
